Staff was so friendly and willing to help. Onda Restaurant could use some more training- very inefficient-we asked for glasses for water ( and water) 5+ times with different staff and several members of our party (9 of us) asking. At one point I went up to the counter to ask and still nothing for a bit. Food was tasty! There are cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room. We were not comfortable at all thus we had to check out 3 days earlier. I can commend the staff though , they are helpful and try to accommodate to requests but with limited resources they can only do so much.
